Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of thekadamapp at thekadamapp.in (“the Service”), operated by thekadamapp. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not, do not create an account.
1. Who may use it
Anyone may sit a paper without an account. To create one, you must be 18 or older, or have your parent or guardian’s agreement to use thekadamapp — and if you are under 18, your parent or guardian accepts these terms on your behalf. You must give a real email address you control, and you are responsible for everything done through your account. Do not share your password or let someone else use your account — your results and analysis become meaningless if you do, and any consequences of that sharing are yours.
2. What the Service is
A practice platform. You take mock tests, we mark them, and we show you an analysis of where and why you lost marks along with what to practise next.
3. What the Service is not
- It is not a guarantee, promise, or prediction of your result in any examination.
- Scores, ranks, percentiles and improvement figures shown here describe your performance on our tests. They are not official scores and have no standing with any examining body.
- Our analysis is produced by software applying fixed rules to your answers. It is a tool for your judgement, not a substitute for it, and it can be wrong.
- Nothing here is career, financial, or legal advice.
4. Questions and content
Some questions are reproduced from previous examination papers released publicly by the Staff Selection Commission. Those question papers are public documents and remain the property of their originators; we claim no ownership of them and reproduce them for study purposes.
Everything else — the explanations, the topic taxonomy, the analysis, the software, the design, and the name and mark thekadamapp — belongs to us. You may use it for your own preparation. You may not copy, scrape, republish, resell, or use it to build or train a competing product.
If you believe a question or explanation infringes your rights, write to thekadamapp@gmail.comwith the details and we will investigate and remove it if the complaint is sound.
5. Accuracy
We check questions and answer keys, but past papers contain errors and transcription introduces more. If you find a wrong answer key or a broken question, please report it. We do not warrant that every question or explanation is correct, and we are not liable for a mark lost to an error in our content.
6. How you may not use it
- Do not attempt to access another user’s account, attempts, or results.
- Do not probe, scan, or attempt to defeat the security of the Service, or to reach answer keys other than through completing a test normally.
- Do not scrape, bulk-download, or automate access to the question bank.
- Do not resell access, or present the Service or its content as your own.
- Do not upload anything unlawful, or use the Service to harass anyone.
7. Availability
The Service is free and provided as-is. We do not promise it will be available at any particular time, that tests will never be interrupted, or that data will never be lost, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it. We will give reasonable notice before discontinuing it altogether, so that you can retrieve your results.
8. Payment
The Service is free. There is no subscription, no trial that converts, and no feature withheld behind a payment. If we later offer a voluntary contribution — a tip, if you find it useful — it will buy you nothing that is not already free, and no analysis, score, or result will ever depend on whether you have paid.
9. Ending it
You may delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches section 6, and will tell you why unless doing so would help someone attack the Service.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service — including examination outcomes, lost preparation time, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept them.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of Maharashtra, India.
